Sausage, Roasted Peppers and Asparagus

During our last pick-up I bought some Italian Sausage a la carte from the Greensgrow Market. One of our favorite dinners lately is sausage with roasted peppers (Dinner Tonight aka Martha Stewart). Seriously, roasting peppers is the best smell to come home to after a long day! And since we have been getting a lot of asparagus in our share lately (had some left over from last week’s share) I’ve been adding it to the mix. Nothing in tonight’s menu was technically from this week’s share, but points for finishing up last week’s produce!
